Dear Mr. Mica We wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with the renovation of our kitchen. You not only met, but clearly exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all of your advice during the planning phase and you certainly met all of your commitments during the implementation phase. The workmanship on the entire job was outstanding and any concerns we may have had were always promptly taken care of. The fact that the entire project was completes on schedule was a real plus, especially in these days when that almost never happens. Having you and your workman in our home was always a pleasurable experience and hopefully the friendship we developed with you will continue. A Lovely Makeover

Dear Mr. Mica Sorry my letter to you is a little delayed. I want to express my appreciation to you and your very competent staff for the great reconstruction of my kitchen. Everyone who sees it is just amazed at the lovely makeover. When I relate the facts of your four day transformation, they are even more astounded! Not only is the look appreciated, but the high quality of the cabinetry and the flawless workmanship are all admirable. I truly love the glass door cabinet! I think you already know how pleased I am overall. You certainly lived up to all your commitments. You co-coordinated the action and all was conducted in a courteous, business-like manner. (Qualities that are rarely found these days.) I especially want to thank you for your patience and assistance with all the details. Your suggestions were really helpful to someone who had little knowledge of all that was involved (eg counter tops.
